Last updated 7 November 2026. This explains how Lanka Arrivals & Tours (No 409/2, Munidasa Kumarathunga Mawatha, Kurana, Katunayake, Sri Lanka) handles your personal data.

What we collect

When you book we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address, flight number, trip details and any notes you add. If you message us on WhatsApp we also see your WhatsApp name and number. We do not take card details on this website. If you choose to pay by card, we send you a link to a secure payment page run by a payment provider, and we never see your full card number.

Why we use it

To arrange and confirm your transfer, tour or hire, to contact you about it (for example, a flight change or your driver's details), to keep a record of bookings, and to meet legal and accounting duties. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Who processes it

These providers may process data outside Sri Lanka and outside your country. We share your details with the driver or partner who carries out your trip, and only what they need for that.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for up to 3 years for accounting, complaints and legal reasons, then delete them or remove your personal details. Emails and WhatsApp chats are kept for as long as they are needed for the same purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw analytics consent at any time. Email bookings@lankaarrivals.com and we will reply within a month. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We will update this page if we change how we handle data, and change the date at the top.
